Like many of you, I do a fair amount of networking. I’ve been a member of lot of different groups; I’ve helped organise them, led some of them. And I’ve always enjoyed the experience.
Yet, I also felt I was missing a more focused group and since I couldn’t find what I was looking for I decided to create it! And this is it – the LinkedIn Lunch Richmond.
This is an invitation-only networking group focussed on professional services – exclusively. And in professional services I include marketing, technology and property.
Now, I am a marketer and you might be forgiven for thinking that the “invitation-only” element of this event is there for marketing purposes, for show. But it’s not. It’s very real.
That’s because I carefully select each and every person around the table to make sure we have the right mix every time. At each event, you will discover well established businesses in and around Richmond and a handful of start-ups all – knowledge experts in professional services.
My intention for this group – one I would invite you to share with me – is to create long-term relationships, form strong partnerships and build a strong, supportive community.
Before each event I ask myself – “How can I help you?”, “How can we help each other?” This is what I’m focusing on. On the day, I encourage my guests to have meaningful conversations, go deeper and seek to really connect with everyone in the room.
The event is kindly sponsored by Quality Conveyancing, a boutique conveyancing firm based in West London and specialising in property law. It runs bi-monthly and if you think you might be a good fit then please do drop me a line.
I look forward to welcoming you at my next event.
